Co-workers
Co- workers at Häggatorp share the facilities and being supplied with the basic necessities for living. By taking part in weekly meetings concerning various aspects of the work and also the educational programme which offers a theoretical insight into an anthroposophical understanding of people with special needs, the practical experience gained through taking part in the daily life of the work, is complemented and binding together the practical with the theoretical aspect of the work. It is also essential that co workers attend various courses in order to enhance or improve the ability or interest in the field of learning which is of importance for them in the work.
